MY LITTLE DIARIES 1

Instagram, Tumblr, Facebook… I don’t know where to put all the good address that I found by walking around in my adopted city. Because I spent so much time sharing my favourite shops in London, experienced new restaurants or exhibitions with some friends… I figured it was the time to create a newsletter which would list all my impressions on different places. Living in a city that is overflowing with hidden adresses that are just waiting to be discovered should make our lives at university even better. I will try to give you as many good tips as I can about where to shop/eat/go out in the Capital… and I’m sure you will all know London better than I ever will.

Over 150 garments, textiles and objects demonstrate Liberty’s strong relationships with designers since 1875, from Arthur Silver of Silver Studio to collaborations with Jean Muir, Cacharel, Yves Saint Laurent and Vivienne Westwood.

Have a little look at the new it bag!
Moynat was created in 1849 by French craftswoman Pauline Moynat - who was known for her traditional skills in making tailored trunks that could fit at the back of cars. The trunk-maker thus became famous thanks to its creations for the automobile world and its innovations in the lightness and waterproofness of trunks.
The history of Moynat is the story of a brand revival: fallen into disuse for many years, the leather goods company went back to life in 2011. The well known Bernard Arnaud (owner of LVMH group) had the will to revive Moynat from its past. He assigned to Guillaume Davin and Ramesh Nair (who worked for many years as Hermès’ artistic director) the mission of designing and creating products that will anchor the house in both tradition and modernity. Moynat indeed distinguishes itself from other leather goods maisons through the traditional curves of their bags combined with trendy colors.
